Returns

Due to the nature of ATM equipment and custom-configured products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise authorized by ATM Headquarters.

Returns will only be accepted if prior written authorization has been provided by ATM Headquarters. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is approved:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product.
• Approved returns must be received in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, and components included.
• Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition unless otherwise approved.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-configured equipment
• Special order products
• Software or licensed products
• Opened or used electronic equipment
• Clearance or discontinued items

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, ATM Headquarters will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Take photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
• Retain all original packaging materials.
• Contact ATM Headquarters within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a freight claim with the carrier.

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a resolution.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties vary by product.

If your product experiences a defect covered under warranty, ATM Headquarters will assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty process whenever possible. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom orders, special-order products, and configured ATM equipment may not be canceled once processing has begun.
